Welcome to another Wednesday morning and another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES!
Today I sat down to chat with Peter Maribel, who is a PhD student at the University of San Diego who works in their Global Center. I’ve gotten to know Peter of the past year, and hearing bits of his story and seeing is scholarship I really wanted to hear how it all comes together and makes up his experience so far. I enjoyed every moment of it, and I am sure you will too. We talked about growing up in Kenya, using one’s imagination, getting involved in student parliament, traveling, faith, community building, feeling called to change careers, computers, and starting a family. We also spoke out getting outside and exploring, hiking, finding commonality, learning about new places, playing with Peter’s new child and partner, seeing Los Angeles, and much more!
