Hi Everyone! Welcome to another Wednesday morning on LIFE WORK BALANCES!
Today I had the chance to sit down with Michelle Murray, Resident Director for Gwynedd Mercy College! Michelle and I met my very first day of undergrad at Cabrini College, worked as Orientation Leaders together, and eventually, reconnected at the 2007 Joint Conference as we searched for our first jobs. It was really great to catch up with her. We had a great talk about the importance of networking and staying in touch, as well as how job searches and needs change in professionals. We also had a great time talking about staying grounded with family and friends, mentoring, and staying motivated by the students with whom we all work.
