Welcome to another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES
This week I sat down with Michael Lovette-Colyer, Assistant Vice President for Mission and Ministry, and Director of University Ministry for the University of San Diego. Michael and I have worked together for a bit on a few committees, and it was really great to get to hear about his journey to doing ministry. We talked about choosing a college, getting connected, student leadership, service, traveling, changing course midway through grad school, and sports. We also talked about children, adjusting work schedules, zoos, spending time outside, reading, television, faith, new ways to engage with students, compassion, and a lot more!
