Welcome to another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES!
Today I had the chance to sit down with Christopher Newmann, Assistant Professor at the University of San Diego’s School of Leadership & Education Sciences. It was really great to learn more about how he got to where he is and what lead to his path to the tenure track and faculty. We talked about growing up, sports, siblings, running, visiting colleges, children, and writing. We also talked about comic books, quality time, the San Diego Zoo, office space, office culture, setting boundaries, scheduling time to write, and accountability.
