Welcome to another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES!
Today I sat down to chat with Shaun Simon. We met each other a few years ago while attending the Social Justice Training Institute, and it was great to catch up with her and see how her career has been going in those last few years for her. We had a great time talking about growing up, moving, finding a college, securing scholarships, the practicality of Residence Life work, finding a good fit in a working environment, and feeling called to social justice work. We also talked about leaving work at work, social media, pintrest, the inspiration of students, mom & pop video stores, getting recommendations from people are movie stores, interactions, and a lot more!
